Suzanne has an extensive background in professional development, management consultancy and research.

In 1994 she co-founded a successful training and development consultancy, CCI & Associates. Her work during the next five years included consultancy, one to one coaching and leadership and management training delivery with a wide range of public and voluntary sector organisations.

Subsequently she commenced work at City College Norwich as a Research Fellow. During this time she was instrumental in not only undertaking the European Funded 'Evaluation in the Voluntary Sector Action Research Project' but in successfully developing and bidding for a number of other small and large scale qualitative research projects. Whilst with the college she became a teacher trainer for post compulsory education,moving to Director of Studies for Voluntary Sector Professional Development and then went on to become the Higher Education Development Manager for the college working with the regional Anglia Ruskin University.

In 2005 she decided to return to training and development consultancy. Since then she has worked on a number of projects including undertaking the research and development of a competence framework for Shell Exploration and Production in Europe, for their Reliability Engineers. She also delivers Root Cause Analysis/Problem Solving training to a wide range of 'blue chip' companies nationally and internationally, as well as providing accredited and bespoke management and leadership training.

Suzanne is a certified Master for Apollo Root Cause Analysis, a NLP Practitioner as well as a licensed and experienced MBTI Assessor and Coach.
